What are the age cutoffs for each division?

We have three age divisions: U10 (Birth Years 2015-18), U12 (Birth Years 2013-14), & U14 (Birth Years 2011-12). Whatever age division you're eligible for in the Spring 2025 season, that's what are eligible for here!

What are the roster size limits?

Rosters can have anywhere from 3 to 5 players.

Is this tournament open to both boys and girls teams?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We intend to have separate divisions for boys & girls at each age division, but it depends on how many teams register in each division. We will match alike competition together in Group Play to our best abilities.

Question 4

Are there any rules different in this event than other competitions?

Accepted Answer

Official rules will be shared with coaches. Notably, there are no offsides, no throw-ins, and no goaltending. All balls played from the sidelines must be kicked in, and kick-ins are eligible to score directly. Opponents must give 5 yards of space for the kick. Otherwise, all rules are the same.

What are my parking options for the event?

Parking is available in a public lot next to Maimonides Park for a flat rate of $26. The lot is not affiliated with the event, and re-entry requires payment. It also serves Luna Park and the boardwalk, so plan accordingly to enjoy your time at Coney Island!

What can we do between the tournament and the game?

Accepted Answer

After the tournament ends at 1 PM, teams can enjoy everything Coney Island has to offer! Whether it's Luna Park, the beach, the boardwalk, or local restaurants, there will be plenty of fun activities and exclusive opportunities planned for tournament attendees.

How will we receive the free player ticket and discounted tickets?

Each player’s free ticket will be sent to their email ahead of the event, and a discounted ticket link for family and friends will also be shared in advance. Be sure to check your inbox so you don’t miss out!
