The SUNY Schenectady School of Music offers an exciting array of courses designed for students who are serious about music. The A.S. Performing Arts: Music curriculum is designed for students who intend to transfer to a baccalaureate program after graduation from SUNY Schenectady.
What sets us apart is our emphasis on hands-on experience. Our Hotel and Restaurant Management A.A.S. and our Culinary Arts A.O.S. degree programs each contain a 600-hour work experience requirement that we feel is invaluable in reinforcing the theoretical experience gained in the classroom.
