The 2nd Annual Peachy Keen Craft Fair will take place on August 30, 31, and September 1, 2025. (Saturday-Monday) The hours will be 10a-6p each day. We once again will be located in the parking lot of Summit Entertainment Center at 66600 Van Dyke, Washington, MI, 48095.

Food Trucks- There is a limit of 4, and no two will serve the same type of food. Cost for a food truck for all three days is $275.

Tent Vendors-I have 40 spots available for tents. There is a limit for MLM to 1 representative per company. The limit for other types of vendors is 4 of the same genre. First paid, first signed up. Cost for Tent Vendors is $175 for a 10x10 spot for all three days.

If you are a Tent Vendor, you MUST have a tent with 30 pounds of weights on each leg of the tent. You will also need to bring your own tables and chairs. You may leave the tents up all weekend, as we will have security overnight. However, neither Sarah Miller nor Summit Entertainment Center are responsible for any theft, loss or damages to any of your property.

We will have a port-a-potty this year, because the bowling alley is closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st. Saturday and Sunday, vendors may use the bathrooms inside the bowing alley, but they do not open until noon each day.

There is no access to electricity. There are no outside outlets. If you need electricity, you must provide your own. If you need to hook up to your vehicle all weekend, please let Sarah, the organizer, know when you sign up so she can place your tent accordingly.

You may not leave early any day. If you do, you will not be asked back. Set up is at 8am on Saturday morning. Your tent or truck must be set up and ready to sell by 9:45am each day. Breakdown is at 6pm on Monday, if you choose to leave your tent up all weekend. If you decide to pack up each day, you may not breakdown before 6pm.

You will be provided with a graphic for your social media that you are expected to post (unless you don't have social media), the setup map a week before the fair, a garbage bag for your trash on Saturday morning when you arrive, and cold water all weekend. (This year was HOT!)

If you refer a business and they mention your name when signing up, you will receive a $10 giftcard to McDonald's or Wendy's-limit 1. (That business must sign up, pay, and not cancel.)

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!

Parking is free and entrance is free. We will once again be on the shuttle route, and in the Peach Fest official guide! I will have signs for the craft fair as well as signs for the shuttle and signs stating we have "FREE SHUTTLE PARKING".

Our first year was a lot of fun, and we had a fairly steady flow, but the second year is going to be even BIGGER and BETTER!

Do you absolutely have to have a tent?

YES, for aesthetic, and cohesiveness, you must have a tent. In addition, we never know what the weather will be in Michigan during this time of year, so it will provide some sort of protection from the elements. You do not need sides on your tent, but you are more than welcome to use them!

Is there anywhere to eat?

Yes, we are situated between a McDonald's and a Wendy's, and the bowling alley has EXCELLENT food. Not to mention, we will have food trucks you can order from!

Are there bathrooms?

As stated in the description, we will have a port-a-potty all weekend in the parking lot for vendors and the public to use. In addition, the bowling alley will be open at noon on Saturday and Sunday, and they will allow vendors to use the bathrooms during their open hours.

Do I have to sign up for all three days?

Yes, you MUST sign up to be a vendor all 3 days. We will no longer offer the 1- and 2-day options.
