No everything is first come first serve, show up any time between Noon and 6pm to jump on the tee box and play the course.

DO I NEED TO BE HERE FOR THE CEREMONY TO RECIEVE THE PRIZES IF I WIN?

Yes, you must attend the ceremony in order to receive any prizes.
