WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU JOIN ON ZOOM:
Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.
Recommended items to have:
- A candle
- A small bowl or jar of water
- Sea Salt
- Incense or a feather
- Herbs for smoke cleansing (rosemary, cedar, homegrown sage)
- Crystals and/or herbs from the garden
- A piece of paper and a black ink pen
