Prepare an Altar or sacred space in your home where you won’t be interrupted.

🎒 Recommended items to have:

1. A candle
2. A small bowl or jar of water
3. Sea Salt
4. Incense or a feather
5. Herbs for smoke cleansing (rosemary, cedar, homegrown sage)
6. Crystals and/or herbs from the garden
7. A piece of paper and a black ink pen
