Welcome to the 2025 MOCAN Conference! Join us for a day filled with empowering discussions, networking opportunities, and inspiring speakers. This in-person event is designed to unite men of color from all walks of life to share experiences, learn from each other, and take action toward positive change. Frequently asked questions
Free parking is available at the top of Parking Structure 3. Access to Parking Structure 3 is on Pico Blvd and 17th Street. Buses can drop off in Parking Lot 1 behind the Student Services Building. Busses can park at the Eli and Edythe Broad Stage on Santa Monica Blvd and 11th Street.
John Adams Middle School Performing Arts Center (JAMS)
The primary focus is community college students and male students of color, but all are welcome to attend.
For grant reporting purposes, all attendees must register individually.
Conference space is limited, and waitlists are not available.
This is a professional student/staff conference. Opportunities to network and build community will be available, so dress to impress.
Vegetarian options will be available, as well as on-campus food for purchase.
