The 6-Country Jollof Cook-Off: At the heart of the event, the Jollof Cook-Off transforms the famed "Jollof War" into an immersive, interactive blind-tasting experience where you hold the power. This high-stakes competition brings Jollof culture to the world stage, inviting you to taste, savor, and vote on each delectable variation of this iconic dish. The goal? To crown the city with the best Jollof. The stakes? Bragging rights and the prestigious title of Jollof Champion. More than just a competition, it's the ultimate showdown to finally settle the Jollof debate—in the most objective way possible.

Who will reign supreme?
