There are parking meters that surround the hotel. Parking is free on the weekends in downtown Anchorage. If you are staying at the hotel overnight, the Hilton has a parking lot across from the hotel on 3rd street.

We will start taking electronic tickets from VIP guests at 6:00pm. At 6:30pm, we will starting taking electronic tickets from general admission. Please have your tickets ready on your mobile device for fastest admission.

Yes, you may bring swords, however they must be ziptied to your sheath. Any weapons that come out, the guest will be asked to leave the event. Plastic weapons are okay and do not need to be sheathed.

This is a formal event. Beastly costuming reflecting Calanmai, or ballroom gowns/suits are preferred! No jeans, shorts, etc.

Yes, ID's will be checked at the entrance for date of birth and to make sure your ticket matches.
