Presentation Topic: Life Safety Dampers
John Rellihan, a 30-year professional in the HVAC industry, works for Ruskin Company in Kansas City as Damper Product Manager. Rellihan, who has a BS degree in Plastics Engineering, started his career at Marley/SPX Cooling Towers as a process analyst in their plastics manufacturing facility. He also served as Project Engineer in the Materials & Processes Division for Marley.
John went to work for Ruskin in 2001 as a Sales Application Engineer in the Industrial Damper Sales group and gained valuable project management and product development experience. In 2007, he used his Plastics degree in the Vehicle safety lighting industry and was OEM Project Manager for Peterson Manufacturing. He rejoined Ruskin in 2012, in Ruskin’s Commercial and Life Safety Dampers group where he provided technical support, customer service and application solutions in a customer-centric role.
In 2022, John ascended to Damper Product Manager and continues to achieve remarkable success in new product development, sales support, engineering design and marketing all while making customer service a priority. John is a lifelong Kansas City resident, is married and has three children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
