Welcome to the ACSA Region 7 Spring Conference! The goal of our Spring Conference is to inspire our administrative and classified leaders and deliver quality educational systems for all students. Our conference promises to have powerful, innovative, and thought-provoking information. Come learn from colleagues, network with others, and celebrate our profession.

PLEASE NOTE: FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE CONFERENCE, FRIDAY & SATURDAY LUNCH & THE KENTUCKY DERBY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST & PDP ON FRIDAY MORNING AND THE AWARDS CEREMONY ON FRIDAY NIGHT. IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND THOSE EVENTS YOU NEED TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET.
We will take cancellations with refunds until March 31, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will welcome substitutions after March 31st.

Frequently asked questions
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. All guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as room become available. The bell desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Any individual cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be billed for one night's suite and tax. Any no-shows will be billed for one night's suite and tax. Guest departing early will be charged full length of stay.
The Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is a non-smoking hotel. If there is evidence of smoking on the premises, they reserve the right to charge the guest account a cleaning fee of $250.
The Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe welcomes dogs. Each room is limited to 2 dogs under 25 pounds/each. All dogs must register at the time of arrival and a nightly pet fee and security deposit will be accessed. All pet owners must agree to the hotel's pet policy.
