Tea Ceremony: Begin each session with a with the elegance and grace of a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, led by skilled practitioners. Discover the deeper connections between tea, mindfulness, and spiritual well-being as you partake in this ancient ritual.

Meditation: After enjoying the tea ceremony, we will meditate together in silence. This shared meditation will allow you to find stillness within and set the tone for the spiritual journey that follows.

Jyorei Spiritual Healing: Immerse yourself in the profound practice of Jyorei, a Japanese spiritual healing art that aims to channel divine light and promote spiritual harmony. Experience the gentle energy transmission offered by trained Jyorei practitioners to support your inner healing and growth.

Spiritual Sharing: After the tea ceremony and Jyorei session, there will be an opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, and reflections with the group. Engage in meaningful conversations, connect with others, and deepen your understanding of the spiritual aspects of the evening.
