Are you interested in selling your products at our event? Here's how you can register:

Early Bird Includes Free Rentals (Ends April 20th):

  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space.
  • This Early bird registration comes with Free Rental of one table, and one chair (upon meeting necessary requirements). This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early Bird Retail (NR) - No Rentals included (Ends April 20th)

  • Retail Vendors: $80
  • Food Vendors: $125
  • Includes a 10x10 raw space only.
  • NO free rentals are included with this registration. If you need a table, chair, or tent, you can scroll down and select rentals to add to your order. You are also welcome to bring your own table, chair, and tent.


Standard Registration (After April 20th):

  • Retail Vendor: $100
  • Food Vendor: $150.00 (SEE FOOD REGULATIONS!!)
  • Includes a 10x10 space.
  • NO FREE rentals are included.
  • Paid rentals for tables, chairs, and tents are available for a fee through the Eventbrite registration page.

**ATTENTION ALL VENDORS :

* Additional documents are required, including a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Commercial General Liability Insurance for the June 7th event, as mandated by the NYC Parks Department. If you do not have your own insurance, an additional fee will apply. Specific NYC Parks language and guidelines will be provided for compliance.

Food Vendor Regulations – NYC Multicultural Festival

  1. Permit Required
    All food vendors must have a DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit (from the Department of Consumer Affairs).
  2. Food Handlers Certificate
    Every vendor must hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate to serve food to the public.

Cooking at Jackie Robinson Park (June 7 only)

  • Cars are not allowed to unload in the park — carry items by hand.
  • Be prepared to navigate stairs at the park entrance.
  • Bring your own fire extinguisher.
  • Burners must be fully wrapped in aluminum foil, including stands.
  • Grilling is allowed with a lid. Pre-cooked food is recommended.
  • No generators or electricity will be provided.
  • No open flames or propane gas setups allowed.

Social Services, Government Agencies, Activity Specialists, Cultural Booth Information Tabling:

  • Includes a 10x10 raw space only.

Please fill out your respective application for tabling opportunities. If you need help, please contact us.

Social Services: deliver direct services to individuals and families. Social service agencies include child welfare agencies, local community-based youth programs, or shelters for abused women or homeless families.

Government Agencies: are entities established by local, regional, or national governments to carry out specific functions, such as regulation, service provision, or enforcement of laws. These agencies typically include departments, bureaus, commissions, or other administrative bodies responsible for various aspects of governance and public service.

Activity Specialists: provide instruction and coaching primarily in one activity, such as dance, arts & craft, swimming, or tennis. These workers may work in camps, aquatic centers, or anywhere else where there is interest in a single activity.

Cultural Information Tabling: promote your organization by creating a cultural booth to display information about your culture, organization and recruit students or new audiences. FOR FESTIVAL PARTICPATING PERFORMERS ONLY.


Free Rentals for Early Bird Registrations Only:

  • For a limited time, there will be free rentals exclusively for Early Bird registrations. ENDS APRIL 20th.
  • To avail of this offer, register under Early Bird through Eventbrite before all free rentals are claimed.
  • You may also opt for paid rental orders when you register or bring your equipment.
  • Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
