Join Exhale to Inhale's VIRTUAL trauma-informed yoga training this March with Lead Trainer, Julie Fernandez!

Interested in learning more about the effect of trauma on the mind & body? As a teacher or healthcare professional, have you had a students or clients who have experienced trauma? Gain resources and tools you need to support your community and self. The training includes 16 hours of lecture and experiential learning in the science of trauma, trauma theory and yoga philosophy. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend.

Attendees will gain tangible yoga based trauma-informed resources, learning how to customize yoga and healing sessions to make them more sensitive to those who have experienced trauma, and inclusive to all communities. Come join us!

Day 1 - Saturday, March 22, 12:00PM - 8:30PM ET / 9:00AM - 5:30PM PT

Day 2 - Sunday, March 23, 12:00PM - 8:30PM ET / 9:00AM - 5:30PM PT

Participants will receive a training manual and access to ETI's on-line community for networking, continuing education credits approved by Yoga Alliance, and and a certificate of completion.
