About this event

Experience deep relaxation during our Reiki-Infused Sound Bath and Meditation session that combines healing sounds & mindfulness.

This immersive journey begins with guided breathing, toning, and body scan meditation exercises to center and ground you. As the session unfolds, you'll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a shruti box, ocean drums, koshi chimes, and the human voice, creating a soundscape designed to heal and harmonize.

To enhance your experience, you'll receive a personalized mini-treatment featuring tuning forks and Reiki energy, leaving you refreshed in body, mind, and spirit.

We recommend that you bring layers and/or a blanket to keep your body temperature warm during the meditation.
