With a focus on celebrating student success, the evening will feature speeches, recognition, and an opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made together. What is the dress code?

The recommended attire is business or business formal. We encourage guests to dress professionally as this is a networking and celebratory event.

Will food and drinks be provided at the event?

Yes, there will be a plated dinner served along with options for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM. We will be on-site by 5:00 PM and the seating process will conclude by 6:00 PM.

Where can I park for this event?

There are several options near the Hilton at the University of Houston. Guests can choose to park in the hotel garage, the UH Welcome Center Garage directly next door, or where their UH parking permit allows (if applicable). Rates vary, please contact either the Hilton or UH Parking with questions.

Will parking be validated for this event?

No, guests will need to cover their own parking and any expenses that come from transportation and/or parking.
